RMC provides program management, technical and analytical support for mission requirements analyzing the specifics of program progress, identifying perceived problems, and proposing solutions. This includes supporting the efficient organization, tracking, management and planning of the IHD NSWC’s technical data repositories and technical libraries to include the proper management, tracking, handling, control, and storage of unclassified and classified technical documents. RMC also provides program management and technical support associated with the command’s information management systems. RMC supports the management of the IHD NSWC RDT&E network and provides technical support services for the operations and maintenance of IHD NSWC RDT&E Windows enterprise services infrastructure. We provide ongoing hardware and software support services for IHD NSWC RDT&E network infrastructure components and maintain the IT configuration management guide applicable for all systems connecting to the IHD NSWC RDT&E network. We provide Information Technology/ Systems Analyst support for IHDIV, NSWC Command IA personnel.

RMC provides provide analytical and direct support for the various NAVAIR Ranges SO business areas which include encroachment management, community noise disturbance response and mitigation, communications and outreach, EIS monitoring and tracking, range management planning, and review of RDT&E planned operations and test events. We support NAVAIR Ranges SO in identifying, integrating, and implementing Operational Environmental Management tools. RMC supports ongoing office operations by 1) managing data and metadata, data acquisition, conversion, and publication services for transactional and operational geospatial efforts, 2) providing website support for the NAVAIR Ranges SO internet and intranet sites, and 3) participating in NAVAIR Ranges SO planning initiatives.

RMC provides countermeasures support services to the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NAVEODTECHDIV) to support the discreet and highly specialized activities in performing NAVEODTECHDIV core mission functions. RMC provides magazine support, incident report processing, visual information support, technical library support, technical writing, and electronics exploitation.
