Advantech’s services include engineering, program management and project management. The founders of Advantech are former officers in the prestigious Naval Civil Engineer Corps (The Construction Battalions of the United States Navy). J. Cameron Fraser is a former Rear Admiral in the SEABEES and Jack Fraser is a a former SEABEE and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction for Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest.
